THE CHALLENGE

In an effort to enhance the brand's digital presence and bolster its image, there has been a strategic reconsideration of the content strategy and the creation of fresh, engaging digital content that effectively communicates and reinforces its brand identity.

A key challenge for the Winter / Fall Shooting has been crafting an authentic and compelling narrative for the products, while also developing a unifying theme for the whole shooting that effectively conveys the cool, wintry atmosphere in a July Shooting in Barcelona and the overall brand aesthetic.

THE CONCEPT

Undertaking a photoshoot in Barcelona during the summertime whilst maintaining Tamaris' three key brand principles of whiteness, brightness, and cleanliness is a challenging task. The city's abundant sunlight, intense shadows, and overall warm ambiance present unique difficulties. In light of this, a new approach has been proposed for the upcoming photoshoot, centering on the use of architectural elements to create abstract backgrounds that complement Tamaris products. While not completely white, the proposed monochromatic backgrounds will maintain a clean aesthetic. The incorporation of architectural materials and textures is aimed at offsetting the summery vibe of the location, hopefully conveying a colder atmosphere in the photos.

THE SOLUTION

The chosen Museum, a public location characterized by industrial and architectural elements, offers an array of possibilities for playing with grey backgrounds, different textures, and white elements to create diverse photo backdrops. In contrast, the private House, with its distinct architectural style and white, bright, and clean backgrounds, presents a striking contrast to the Museum and offers additional opportunities for experimenting with architectural details in the shots.

THE IMPACT

The photoshoot concept and execution received high praise from the client. The resulting content successfully created an engaging narrative for Tamaris products, while upholding key brand principles and reinforcing brand identity. The incorporation of architectural elements in the photoshoot added a distinctive, wintery touch that captures attention and fosters emotional connections. This artful blend of captivating photographs and enchanting videos not only appeals to customers' senses but also drives conversions and cultivates brand loyalty.
