THE CHALLENGE

In Summer 2022, the Tea Elixir Serum was released as one of fresh’s biggest product launches, opening the path for a new product category.

Fresh turned to Machinas to translate the product story into a rich and immersive e-commerce experience to make this launch an historical event in the digital space.

THE CONCEPT

Narrative

The Tea Elixir serum is revolutionary. It visibly boosts your skin’s resilience. And this is not just a claim, we can prove it. This product uses the APT technology which fresh specifically developed. You can feel the difference immediately when you use it. There is such a difference between the before and after. Such an improvement!

The uniqueness of Tea Elixir serum, online too

Bold focus on storytelling. Rich, interactive and immersive. Hardly resembling a product detailed page. You can almost feel the serum on your skin.

THE SOLUTION

The complete e-commerce experience is an immersive storytelling which conveys the message, educates the audience and increases brand awareness. With all the content scrollable, it builds a captivating journey as the user scrolls, making it continuous and fluid.

The final solution sits on two pages. First, a landing page to narrate Tea Elixir origins, technology, and science. Second, a PDP that stands out from fresh standard PDP, combining storytelling and educational content: purchasing offer, key claims and benefits, proven results, main ingredients, how to use it, and other marketing information.

The modular design is now included in fresh’s CMS system and will be used again for upcoming product launches and exclusive content.

THE IMPACT

  • Re-structured the content hierarchy and storytelling flow to ease the customer journey across the page.
  • Definition of key messages and interaction designs together with the client in weekly workshop sessions.
  • A Campaign UI-kit to translate the branded product to a solid digital presence.
  • Definition of visual language, UI animations, transitions and micro interactions supported by high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Documentation of each decision and collaborative workspace with the client and Machinas development team to facilitate programming.
  • 12 new modules that can be easily combined for next product launches, PDP and campaign landing pages.
